History:
Having grown up in the family building business, local developer Ralph Brutsche, has lived and developed property in Santa Fe for over 50 years.

Santa Fe Summit broke ground in 1992 and the first 6 Phases are sold out. High Summit, the current phase, has been active in development since 2000.

Our high desert climate, with 4 distinct seasons, boasts 283 days of sunshine a year.  At an elevation of 7000 feet Santa Fe has low annual rainfall and low humidity.
