Building Procedures:
Each Lot is fully improved and ready for construction. A 20 day inspection period provides for your architect and builder’s inspection and acceptance of your chosen Lot.
- Choose from High Summit's established floor plans or design your own custom home
- Building permits are obtained through the City of Santa Fe
- There is no time limit for starting construction
- A Design Review Committee reviews all proposed building in the development – CCR’s are enforced
- All builders welcome and depending on your design and builder, construction can usually be completed between 12-18 months

Homewoners Association:
The Association currently manages itself with a 7 member board and charges a dues assessment of $170.00/month. The Association employs a groundskeeper and provides for its own snow removal. A security house is located at the gated entrance to the development. The Association preserves the natural landscape and the CCR’s are enforced. |
